Table service was them yelling my name out. Because my order didn't have the right drinks, I asked if it really was my order.... They asked, "is your name John?" as if it isn't one of the most common names in the world. I mean, I know it sucks working infast food and that is why I go out of my way to be nice. What a dumb question. If the name was Jamaraqoui I could get behind youasking that. John is one of the most common names.on the planet if you account for localization (Juan, Ivan, etc). Do better. I was kinda taken back..went through the drive thru and manager was at first window and didn't seem happy at all. Kinda rude and... then pulled up 2 second window and employee was kinda rude. I understand they not thier to make friends but they had an over allunhappy appearance and demeanor. Read more
Okay so I went to this McDonalds 08/31/22 and I am not exaggerating. They close at 11pm I got there at 10:10pm?. It took 30... minutes to even place my order there was so many cars waiting and waiting. I pull up to the window and it seemed as ifeverything was shut down they decided to close a little early this night, didn?t want to finish there shift. I was able to placemy order but I ended up just driving away. I have never experienced something this bad ever, someone needs to reevaluate thereemployees. That was the worse service I have ever received and they closed the other drive thru as well. I?ve never even been tothis place, and ill never go back. Read more
We were able to order our food quickly and it came quickly enough. The restrooms were clean and we were able to get in and out... of there fairly quickly. Loved getting fresh hot fries and a sandwich that was made correctly. Read more
I showed up during lunch rush and ended up having a problem with my mobile order. I went inside for assistance and they were... awesome. The drive-thru was slammed and it looked like there were only a few people working in there. But I had someone addressmy situation, get my food, and get me on my way. It was awesome, they remained pleasant and focused and kept their composure.I'm sure they hear lots of negative things because in general people just kind of stink, so I wanted to make sure that they gotsome positive feedback. Just your standard Golden Arches. It will be good or average depending on when you visit. My preference would be to go to the... other McDonald's on Roanoke Street because it tends to be cleaner and the service is better. One tip, the parking lot behindthis location is littered with large pot holes. Beware if you exit the restaurant from the rear. Read more
We had to wait in drive thru line for about 20 min. But the food was great ,maybe best quarter pounder I ever ate!
