I always get the baby back ribs here and they never disappoint?falls right off the bone, super delicious. My husband gets a... variety of meat and enjoys every bite. Kids love the Mac & cheese. To suit the BBQ Bias that exists geographically in this country, MissionBBQ of Christiansburg has a six-pack of sauces to choose from. (Some would balk at the idea of any sauce at all!) This location in specific is wonderful. While I've only visited a few times, I've always enjoyed the food and the friendly... faces. Today, they went above and beyond to honor a much beloved veteran that has passed away, and to accommodate our groupafter the funeral. The memorial they created for him was absolutely beautiful, and they were so kind to all of us. Amber wasespecially wonderful! It created such a comforting environment during grief and memorial. My wife had Brisket sandwich and said it was I know all prices are up... all I can say is $ 40 for 1/2 pound of meat,Brisket sandwich, 4 sides and 2 drinks is at the very top of the range I was willing to pay.
