I got the Buffalo Chicken wrap with fries and it totally hit the spot. The lady who waited on our table was super nice with... just the right amount of attention, but not overly bothersome. My wife's Fish & Chips was delicious, but the amount of fishseemed a tad less than usual, but with prices getting higher, I think smaller portions are more common. Read more

The food was good and our waitress was amazing. She honestly was a super hero. She was busing her own tables and had two kids... walk out on her. Her manger came and chewed her out and you could see she was visibly upset how the rude the annoying managerwas treating her. But she still came to our table and. Served us with a smile. This place is struggling... Lack of staff was one major issue. I don't know if they do not have staff, people didn't show up, if... they just didn't schedule enough people the day I was there, or some combination of the three. The "Manager on Duty" was alsothe hostess on this particular occasion and she seemed a bit lost and unaffected by the fact that she had a wait-list when halfof the tables were empty in the restaurant. After waiting for 23 minutes we were seated in the bar area, which was fine becausewe had said we would sit in either the dining room or bar area whichever would be quicker. Ate here yesterday and had a great meal with exceptional service! Our server, Hannah, was working a large, and busy, section of... the restaurant but was still very attentive and kind. There was a young male hosting AND also bussing tables who workedincredibly hard the entire time we were there. Everyone working there was hustling to provide great service. Great service and good food. Very relaxed atmosphere and the cocktails are wonderful.

Very good food, and friendly service. The salad was a bit smaller than they used to have, but it actually is the right size for... a side salad. My wife got the bourbon glazed salmon, and while the fish itself was of good quality she though the glaze was alittle heavy. The fried shrimp and cod that I got was quite good. The cod may be a little fishy tasting for some, it was justright for me. I am sad that the free pie days are no longer offered, but I don't mind paying considering the quality in thoseofferings. Stopped at O?Charley?s in Christianburg, VA on our way home from NJ. It was close to our hotel. The service from Hana was... outstanding! She was efficient, attentive, and very polite.
