Food is always good especially when I am craving a bread bowl soup, but today was a bit weird when the App wouldn't let me order... online, so I arrived in person and the place was locked (small sheet of paper said the dining area was closed on door, but itwas hard to tell with all the other posters). Ended up going through the drive thru, but it would have been nice if the App orthe on-line page had some kind of heads up so I was aware and saved myself some time. Read more
The drive thru cashier was nice at first but then was trying ro rush me when she was multitasking I definitely understand it is... a hard job to do. PANERA BREAD needs to pay more and make sure the employees aren't being so rude about everything. My sandwichhad bits of lettuce on it when I told them NOT to put lettuce on it and my autumn squash soup didn't have pumpkin seeds. The cashier was very difficult to work with. I finally got my family pack order all the way thru and I and I ask to use my one... dollar reward off you order which expired today. I had a one dollar reward which expired next month and she was going to usethat. I ask her to use the other. Her statement was it a dollar off a sandwich a dollar is a dollar. And in the process she saidincluding use sip with another discount. Not sure in will return here and will be cancelling sip club first of the month.Ridiculous!!! It would be a decent place if there weren't kids with attitudes working. Asked a girl to half a sandwich for me. Gave me an... attitude and slammed sandwich back on plate. Asked for a box for leftovers. She looked at coworkers and rolled her eyes. Slammedthe box down. Pretty sure she was talking trash. I saw a man dressed up when leaving, figured a manager. Wanted to tell him butdecided that I just wont go back. People at McDonald's have better attitudes than here. Read more
Placed an order "To go" during the lunch rush hour and it got messed up. I came back and spoke with the manager and she fixed... it with out issue. That's what I consider great Customer service. Read more
I usually love this panera. The team is always so nice. But their manager is rude and here is why. I had placed a large order at... 12:03 and knew that I had to wait an hour for picking it up. After the hour I arrive at the panera and find my order isn't evenstarted or known about. I was told I would have to wait in line to get my order. When I stated it was place over an hour agothey said they would try to get it done quick but it will still take some time. 45 minutes later I recieve my order. The Mangerwas rude, never offered an apology or any compensation. And when I informed them they forgot an item I got nothing but attitudeand sass. $136 order and no apology for taking 2 hours. I frequent this Panera! They?ve had some issues with staffing that have caused them to have some inconsistent hours but when... they?re open they?re great. Good coffee, good food, good people. My orders are usually accurate and timely. The very few timesthere has been a hiccup my order was replaced and I was compensated. This is a great location for studying, lunch, etc! Read more
We went to Panerai bread at 7:00 on Friday night. They don't close until 8. Ordered broccoli cheddar soup and she said we are... out.. so then ordered chicken and wild rice...they were out of that too. They had an hour left to work and was out of mostthings. The 5 people behind of us just left. They were flustrated too. We went ahead and ate but wasn't happy with the choices.I work in food service so and it is tiring but when things are on the menu they should be available until close. Not goodbusiness practice.
