Everything was alright. Nothing special. Service and food was good but not great.
Great service from Jordan the waiter, my food was great, except my husband and my son's, one of them ordered the Mac and cheese... with chicken and the cheese flavor on the pasta was off, chicken had chunks of tomatoes which he didn't care for it the flavorwas ok. My spouse ordered a steak and it needed flavor, my other son ordered steak and we have to send it back he said thatit taste terrible but luckily kudos to our waiter Jordan the food was replaced by chicken tenders and it had a delicious flavor.If wasn't for our pleasant, dynamic waiter it wouldn't have been a horrible experience. Have been here twice, both times to dine in during lunch. Staff have been pleasant, seating has been swift, it's never been... busy. The salad bar has been very sad looking the two times I've been. I hadn't visited a Ruby Tuesday since well before COVID,so my recollection could be off, but the portions seem considerably smaller and the prices seem inflated- ultimately, it feelslike a rip off at this point in time. Yum! Tacodillas are amazing! Got both chicken and steak, can't really tell the difference, great flavor!
We stopped here on our drive home on I81. We like Ruby Tuesday and this was no exception. The food was fresh and the service... quick. I had the Bourbon Glazed Salmon and loved it. Read more
