Went last week, while waiting for 30 minutes for someone to take my order the carhop came by my car 3 times to ask if I ordered... such-and-such. (Not sure why the stall numbers weren't on the ticket or if they were he wasn't trained how to read this).Finally had someone answer and when I ordered they tell me the grill was down. Left without ordering anything because I was sofrustrated. Stopped by tonight around 10:30pm, and waited and waited for my order to be taken. Nobody answered. One of theemployees even pulled up beside me while I was sitting there waiting and walked inside. I finally got out to look inside and aguy was standing there texting, so I knocked and asked if they were open (noticed one of the girls still had a headset on herneck) but was told they closed at 10 (website says 11pm). I feel there were multiple opportunities for them to politely let meknow they were closed but instead they just ignored me and left me sitting there. That Dill pickle burger was a bit small, but delicious! Tater tots had sliced cheese half melted, wasn't the normal cheese... sauce, but we enjoyed it. They seem to make it work, somehow, with item shortages, etc. We will return, some of the best food &drink varieties around! Read more
Once upon a time I would visit this Sonic a couple times a week and they were consistently great and Sonic was my favorite fast... food restaurant. But over the past several months they have drastically declined. I want to love Sonic again, and while therehad been some better experiences recently, for every good visit there is usually an encounter like tonight where I ordered onmobile and waited literally 42 minutes (not an exaggeration) before my food was brought out (and I only ordered a burger andslush). I would have left 25-30 minutes earlier except that I ordered on the app and already paid. To the carhop's credit he wasnice and apologetic. And they messed up one of my burger toppings, which in itself isn't a big deal but does compound thedisappointment after having waited 42 minutes. So for now I'm giving up on this Sonic again. If at some point in the future theycan demonstrate long-term consistency I will ammend this review, and I hope that happens. Read more
Used the app for a quick pick up. They have 2 number 2 stalls to check into. I checked in anyway on the app. I sat there for 20... minutes waiting. I went to the kitchen and politely explained what had happened. Then a man in the kitchen started droppingcurse words left and right about me not realizing I was standing there. 1 star is generous. Only go here for the chili cheese tots, and slushes. last couple times have been complete garbage. Cold,... stale, and the cheese was hard. The large had 7 tots. The blue raspberry slush hadn't flavor and wasn't slushy at all. By thetime I got it, it was all liquid. 25 min wait for those 2 items is ridiculous. Wasn't even busy. Then the carhop was obviouslyirritated they didn't get a tip. Read more
Not sure what the problem is but it seems to be the same at all fast food places. They need to drop the fast food part. I expect... to have a wait if I order food. Come on a shake and fries shouldn't take 10 minutes and that was the drive thru. When I receivedthem the fries were cold. And yes I'm sure it was 10 minutes I checked the time after my order. Incredibly slow service for the simplest of orders. Not very busy and it took over 30 minutes for 2 ice creams. The hours on the... website don?t match the receipt, this is probably indicative of the attention to detail missing from this location. Also, tellme what?s wrong in the second picture?Thankfully I live out of state and won?t come here again. I?d recommend hiring an adultthat knows what they?re doing and get this place working more efficiently. Read more
This place is hit or miss. Food is outrageously expensive for no reason. Theres no value in it. If it wasn't for their drinks... I'd be just as happy never going again. So thats a joke right? My one experience? Sorry owner its not just one bad experienceits actually 85% bad experience 15% good. You've tried fixing them before only to fumble that again.
