First, I rarely choose this location because the few times I have the staff has been rude. Surprise, no different today. The... girl said my order was ready, but asked me to wait longer before I come to pick up my mobile order in the future so they havetime to prepare it. I thought she just said it was ready?!?!? She informed me that I placed my order at 10:29 and it was only10:38 when I was at the speaker. The app says 8-11 min prep time and that the ?estimated? pick up time is 10:40. Usually thereis a line of people placing their order at the speaker. I always expect to wait in line and by the time I get my items they arecold (not inexpensive either). Well today there wasn?t a line. Ironically, by the time the car ahead of me was finished it was10:40!!!! Huh, isn?t that the pickup time that I was told for my order???? Sorry for the rant, but it rubbed me the wrong waybecause I have never had another Starbucks say that to me or just be rude in general. That?s twice now that this location hascomplained. This Starbucks is accessible right off Interstate 81, with gas stations and fast food close by in a pinch. For local Starbucks,... their speed of service is the fastest I?ve come across and their customer service hasn?t faltered. I get a heaping dose ofSouthern love as my baristas call me ?honey, sweet, and sugar!? My drink quality has been consistent, and my food orders arewarmed to perfection. While I know not everyone likes Starbucks, if you do, this will be consistent in quality control but withan extra touch of Southern Hospitality. Read more
I frequent this Starbucks twice a week. Within the past 2 months I have really become very disappointed. My mobile order done... well in advance is never ready. They have one employee behind the counter making orders while 2 or 3 more are at the side doorleading to storage I am assuming chatting and on their phones. Today, I place my mobile order of a Venti Pike. Arrived, notready as usual. Once I got it, I tasted it and it was cool. Not even warm. When I said something, she/he offered to fixanother but I couldn't wait as I had to be at work. Wouldnt have bothered me so much if within the last 2 months it somethingconsistently. Nice inside. Was standing in there at least 7 minutes before even being acknowledged. One other customer inside was already... seated. With all the employees you would think at least one would have said hello or have you been helped. It was the same bothtimes I've been to this location. Read more
My coffee pot broke and I was so glad they moved in! The coffee is great if you are going to purchase it ready-made and served... to you. I was pleasantly surprised and unprepared when the kind young lady asked how I was doing rather than what I wanted toorder. I totally would have tipped her just for asking if I had cash. Absolutely worst Starbucks!! I paid almost $8.00 for this drink that was mostly ice,see pictures below. First picture is with... all of the ice taken out, that is all I ended up with once the ice was taken out. If you ask for no ice they tell you that theywill charge you for the price of a tall and a trenta for the drink. The drinks are NEVER made right and the wait is always tolong!! I mean, it's Starbucks. The coffees are usually good, but too expensive to do very often. I usually treat myself once a week to... some sort of seasonal cappuccino, and I always use the app because you can earn stars or points towards free coffee and food. Ido love that they have several dairy free options too. Since I have a dairy, soy, and almond allergy, the coconut and oat milkcreamers have been so nice! My only complaint is that they don't always fill up my cup...it's usually only 2/3 full, and when Ipay almost $7 for it, I feel a little cheated. Read more
