Usually don?t have a problem here, but occasionally when I place mobile orders they only fill half the cup? Not sure why.
After waiting in line for 10 minutes... No sandwiches, 30 minutes wait. Seems like service is not something that's Starbucks... values. How about putting up a sign that says " 30 minutes wait for sandwiches". Read more
They always close early. It's starting to be really annoying. I hurry as fast as I can to make sure I am there on time and... Tonight was 10 minutes before close and the speaker said they were closed and the girl just looked at me as I tried to talk toher thru the window. Just turned her head and walked away. You would think they would priotize the people in front of them, but no... if you walk in to get a coffee then you too are... waiting in the drive through line. I waited 25 min for coffee and milk. Totally frustrating. I wish I could give them 0 stars. Read more
New location since I last visited this Starbucks in 2019, moved a block away in the new shipping center, still great service,... people and products you know and love. The new pineapple refresher is delicious, very pineappley. Read more
I love starbucks , its delicious coffees, lovely ambience , and its beautiful mugs; and the friendly staffs!
Great staff but they did mess up my order so I called as I only had 30 minutes to get to work and they were more than happy to... replace my order and give me a refund. So I went in a couple days later to do just that and yes they re made my drink but norefund and the worst part was the drink was messed up AGAIN! This is the Starbucks that I've ever had a bad experience with andalmost every experience has been bad. The staff is friendly but just not very good at making the drinks. So with saving thebest for last ill just show some photos of the bathroom which I decided against using lol Read more
Again Starbucks can?t seem to get its policy standard across the US!!! I got an Americano and they refused to give me a hot... coffee refill!! They said it was policy!!! SERIOUSLY!?!?! What about the 50 I got it before!?!?! GET IT STRAIGHT STARBUCKS!!!! Read more
