Probably won't be coming here anymore. Try to get in and out before work and I show up today and this girl is just doing work... prep I guess when they open qt 7 and it's 45 after. Instead if greeting me and taking my order. The girl who is usually heredoesn't do this. But im in a hurry and now going to be late for work. Won't be coming here again. Read more

The old lady who?s served me was very rude. Not only she messed up my order. She didn?t know the prices and I was charged ... double. She acted like it was her property, not like a respected employee there! I WILL NEVER buy anything from this starbucksBranch again. Read more

Service is very slow. The cashier couldn't hear anyone giving their orders due to a combination of face masks and the music in... the store being so loud. Our order was wrong and the service is extremely slow. Read more

If you have time to wait 15-20 minutes for a latte while there is only one other person in line, this is your kind of place.... Otherwise, there are places with a lot faster service nearby. Read more

Both of my recent visits to Kroger Starbucks have consisted of extremely slow service. I have been one of two people waiting and... still had to wait 10 minutes for a simple hot chocolate. The service wasn?t terrible but it is definitely not great either. Read more

Never any bad moments here. All smiles and willing service. |? Went to Starbucks and as the order was being placed it was as if... someone jumped out from behind ordering interface menu/intercom: " HEY! BeV!" It was a clear indication and confirmation of atruly customer service focused culture, work ethic and environment. Thanks so much Alex for your service. And thank youStarbucks for soliciting and retaining the most fitting talent for the trade. Because it getting worst that employers are hiringand retaining the wrong personalities just simply due to the hiring and retention difficulties managers face. Because theydon't realize when they get discouraged and lazy with the hiring it effect the regular customers and their experience andtherefor that can reflect upon service quality and the bottom line.
