So this is probably the third review I?ve left on this location over the years. But it?s just so inconsistent I can?t help but... do it again. This location has gone completely off the rails. For a place that closes at 10 you shouldn?t be basically shut downat 8 o clock. The night staff I dealt with clearly doesn?t care. Like I get it, I literally worked the same job for almost 3years. But come on, at least put in a little effort. No one here knew how to make the sandwiches properly, almost like theyweren?t trained at all. They need someone experienced to come in there and clean house. Sandwich was okay, but if you wantpeople to return to this location you need better staff. Read more

Took 15 minutes to make 2 subs took me 30 minutes to get out of there because the guy in front of me also had 2 subs. The... lettuce was brown, area was not stocked they ran out of mayo - 10:20am and literally had to fill a bottle out of the mayo bag.There was no teamwork this morning- other employee was putting away cookies instead of jumping in to help his colleague- verynice people just poor service, poor training. Even though this is a SMALL town and we were passing through, my Italian BMT with capocollo and my husband?s chicken teriyaki... was so amazing but our sandwich artists were more amazing!! The fact they were super attentive to our order was a plus! Themanager is outstanding with how she runs the restaurant! Thanks for taking great care of us today while we stuffed our faces! Read more
