Have heard about the legendary Christopher Made-Rite since I moved to Southern IL 30yrs.ago. Had my first visit today.... Unfriendly, indifferent employees. The only good thing I can say of the whole experience is that the pies are home-made and wellworth a trip there. Also, cash or check only!!! The old school retro look of this place is what got my attention. The waitress was very kind, it was earlier in the day and it... wasn?t very busy at all.
