We placed an order using the app for 2 footlongs last night. Placed the order around 6:50 and the app said we could pick it up... at 7:15. I arrived at 7:15 and there was one lady in line. The girl behind the counter said our order wasn't ready and asked theother girl to start making our order. It took her 12 minutes to make 2 sandwiches. The whole point of ordering online is toavoid standing in line at the store. We were completely aggravated and this is not the first time it has happened at thislocation. Read more
