I purchased a small salad with the tortilla on the side. When I got home and opened the tortilla it was not fully cooked. I had... to cook it to be able to enjoy the salad. I have purchased several salads and the tortillas are never done. They taste like rawdough. I keep hoping that the tortillas are done. I had a burrito and the tortilla tasted raw. Read more
I absolutely love this place and they usually do great but lately they?ve been slacking. Tonight we went in through the drive... thru, placed our order, we had to repeat everything three times for the woman on the other end, I get it it can be hard to hearover those speakers, but when we got our food, one order was completely wrong, and the other order had many issues. I asked forpico on the side, and they put it in the side of my dish, next to my food, and then gave me two to go containers of pico ( thankyou for the extra I guess?? ) and a side of tomatillo ranch. The tomatillo ranch had lettuce and other meats which I did notorder in it. Gross. On our other plate of food we had asked for refried beans on the side of our quesadilla, and received blackbeans. When we went in to ask if they could fix it, because the beans had now soaked into the tortillas, and nothing was goingto be eaten, they decided a good enough fix was to give us an extra side of refried beans with the original dish. I think we?lljust take our business to cafe rio, at least theyll have better customer service and take the time to make orders correct. Read more
I like this place but it?s definitely hit and miss at this location?. Some days it?s really good. But I find when it?s really... busy the quality control goes out the window?. Ordered a smothered pork burrito today on 10/8) and it had a table spoon ofsauce and half covered in cheese?. Mostly rice and beans inside with all the pork at the one end?. Maybe 2 or 3 bites ofprotein all together?. It was good. But not what I wanted?.. my family also ordered raspberry chicken salads?. No raspberryand very little chicken?. Read more
Excellent Costa Vida with everything you?d expect. Good quality, good portions, and the great flavors that you?ll get at most... of their locations. Friendly workers and clean seating area. Only complaint is the bathrooms are in serious need of some deepcleaning- walls, floors, and fixtures are all very grimy. Read more
My family and I come here often and love the food. But lately the portions have been small and definitely not worth the 10.00... for the burrito. And the gal that served us, Maddyson, was not very friendly and skimped on the portions and the red head at theregister looked like she didn?t want to be there. My husband and I ordered pickup since we were driving through the area, and it wasn?t as great as we?re used to. Our burrito... didn?t have lettuce and pico on the side, nor did our salad have extra lettuce. The biggest disappointment though was that theyreally skimped on the meat. The salad was mostly sweet pork sauce, and the burrito was lacking as well. I get that there aresupply chain issues and inflation to deal with, but we were less than impressed with our pickup order given how much Costa Vidacosts to begin with. Read more
We really enjoy eating here. The food is great and most of the people are nice. One lady is really rude though she always seems... annoyed, her name is Sabrina or Serena with reddish hair. But other than that everyone else is very nice. Would definitelyrecommend this place. Read more
Pork and salads are good and I used to look forward to them. They usually do ok, but I got a small salad instead of my regular... on an online order :( No point in going to fix the issue when I?d have to drive across town from an already awful day. I won?tbe returning anytime soon. Read more
