We went to Freddy's tonight cause we always wanted to try it and heard it was awesome???? not happy. Customer service was ????... great everyone was polite and i think it was the manager was right on it when i told them the double bacon steak was very saltyand my husband thought the beef had a weird wang to it tasted funny. The manager immediately made us a new burger and we gothome two minutes away and tried again and it was still nasty ???? the chili fries were so salty nothing was worth the price. Igot a ice cream it was good. Needless to say i would have liked my money back but we'll settle for never going back. Sorry tothe people working tonight y'all were awesome i give you five stars. Pretty consistent with the flavor and speed of service . Only 4 stars because the last two times I've been on here there were no... clean tables. Seems like they have cut back on staff at all times of the day. But the food is still good. Read more

We had to go to Pocatello for shopping and decided to go here. I always get the kids meal I love their French fries and fry... sauce. They are thin sliced. My husband always gets their steak burger and a frozen custard come! Read more

We went through the drive through and there was a mistake with our order. I went in to correct it and JOSEPH went ABOVE AND... BEYOND to correct the situation!! He has excellent customer service skills and I'm positive that because of him and employeeslike him that this restaurant has a high customer satisfaction score. Anyway this guy needs a raise! Just ate here, awesome food, and it cost less then taking my family to burger King. Both kids ordered kids menu food while me... and my wife got burgers, ended up being like 9 bucks a person. Fry's a fry sauce is to die for. Read more

Second time I have been at this place. First time in ordered chicken sandwich and this time I ordered classic Double patty bacon... cheese. Omg, orgasm in a form of a burger, the burgers are the way to go. It was crispy and juicy. Came with string fries whichwas nice as well, with jalapeño fry sauce. Highly recommend! Read more
