It's pretty much what you should expect from a chain restaurant/ sports bar. Food is decent for the pricing. Plenty of TVs for... watching your favorite teams play. Kid friendly which can either be a good or bad, depending on your preference. Full bar butnothing premium. Just the basics when it comes to hard liquor. It's a popular spot so come early if there's a eagerly awaitedgame or fight on. I believe they take reservations. But don't quote me on that. Call and ask. Read more
Not sure what's wrong with this specific location. Any other BWW I've ever been too has be fine and good. This one seems to... always mess at least one thing up. We live down the street so we have a decent amount of experience with them. I've gottenundercooked chicken from here a couple times, and it's chicken so that's a big no no. This time, I guess they don't know thedifference between cheese curds and fried cauliflower or whatever the hell that was because we ordered cheese curds but gotfried cauliflower(?) Also ordered Asian zing wings and received plain (no seasoning) wings with a side of cardboard frenchfries. If I wanted plain wings with no seasoning and french fries that were remicrowaved from earlier that morning I would havegone to jack in the box right down the street and paid half the price. Took the family out to have dinner and we waited for more than an hour for our wings. Our fries were cold and just not... desirable. The nachos didn?t even seem like nachos. Overall worst experience I?ve had at a Buffalo Wild Wings. At the end theysaid our wings were almost done and our waiter was just going back and forth to kitchen but it was already over an hour at thispoint so we cancelled the wing order. Personally I will never go back. You have to order everything on your cell phone. Very little interaction with waitresses I get... the concept, but i tried asking the app what is her favorite appetizer or what is the most popular sauce for wings no answer .Hence you need a waitresses also you need a CC to place order what happened to good old American cash. I ordered about 60 wings for take out and hands down they were great wings. The only caveat was not any sides provided, which is... not a killer; however, not five stars. Thanks for the great wings though Read more
This place is always better when its busier bc its fresher. I think the oil/tallow they use maybe gets changed more often before... Tuesday or Thursday wing days. The new $5 happy hour strawberry margarita is delicious and the dirty dubs tots always are great!It can get really expensive if you aren't coming during happy hour or one of the special days. I try and think of waitresseslike teachers. They are surrounded by a lot of unbehaved grown up and little children. You have one person running the errandsfor each table like a little servant. I have found being nice to your waitress/waiters can easily rectify any misunderstandinginstead of going straight to anger and meanness, do we really wanna at like children and be mean? Read more
I just left tonight, I had called to edit/change my online order from boneless to traditional and add potato wedges instead of... fries. They pretty much told us we could not get traditional instead, even though the order had not even been started yet and weunderstood that we may have had to pay extra. Not sure what the issue was maybe they thought we we e trying yo get out of payingthe extra amount or something. Eventually they agreed to change order, we picked our food up, bag was sealed, but we had none ofthe sauces or veggies that came with our order and worst part, our chips that came with dip was extremely old, stale a bunch ofthem stuck together in big clumps and soggy. Well it was in the day in a weekday and took a while for us to be seated, because there was nobody at the hostess area. by the... time someone came out we were thinking about leaving. And the place was dirty tables not clean with food and dirty platesalover. And then the hot wings were dry nothing like it used to be so it was not a good experience we been there several timein the past but that day it was diferente didn't like the experience. Read more
