This place was very disappointing. I ordered the bacon cheeseburger and received a pastrami burger. The only reason I'm giving... this place 2 stars instead of 1 is because of the service. The young lady got me a side of bacon for my burger, even the baconwas bad and tasted like char. The burger tasted completely of char and it was extremely dry. The gyro burger is what my partnergot, she said the burger texture was that of emergency army rations, the gyro meat actually did have good flavor but therewasn't much of it so she ate that separately, the cheese was smaller than that of a Kraft single, about half the size. First and foremost, this place gave EXCELLENT service to my children. They asked the kids if they wanted a quarter for the... gumball machine and gave it out from their own TIP jar. The food was Amazing and portions were very large! Great familymeal.... Highly recommended for a family sit down dinner, even better as a take home order to relax and enjoy. Called a order in today 12-13-21 @ 1:27pm. Was told a 15 minute wait time. When I arrived and after paying $15.21 for my 8oz... Deluxe combo order, the girl ask the guys cooking in the back for my order. They told her they had no phone order in. So I stoodaround waiting after I paid with another customer in the restaurant. After waiting another 10 minutes and hearing the girl sayorder 91 was up and I look at my receipt which said order 86 I was pretty much done. I didn't bother asking for my money back asI kept the soda I had in my hand. Pretty expensive soda for $15.00. I believe the manager was their cooking who cant seem towear his hat backwards right as its always to the side of his head from previous visits. Don't worry about the $15.00. Maybetake that money and invest with better customer service in the future as the girl didn't apologize . Best of luck with yourbusiness. I wont be back. Read more
Disappointed by the food and puzzled by the customer service. The food took nearly 35 minutes and there was only one other... person waiting for food, everyone else had theirs. The vibe was good, upbeat and colorful but the food was just so-so. Theburger waaay overcooked, the gyro meat was good as was the yogurt sauce. The spinach pie was sad and old. Normally the pielayers are light, crispy and delicate. Everything was heavy, salty, soggy and def microwaved. French fries were covered in agood flavored salt and substantial. The biggest weird thing were the cashiers. They told us they'd call us when the food wasready and they did, for us and a couple of other folks. But then this young, good looking guy came in and they took this fooddirectly to his table and then a couple other things he needed. Not cool girls, not cool. Read more
First time here and I came with my fiancé. The girl who greeted us and was so helpful when deciding what to get. She actually... convinced me to order a burger instead of the salad I was about to get lol. We ordered two 8oz steak burgers and the chickenstrips with fries. They were relatively busy and took them like 15 minutes to have the order ready, reasonable wait time! Thechicken strips were ok, they were tasty but they were kinda soggy/ a bit of a weird texture for me. The fries were on point,very tasty and well cooked. I'm glad I ordered the burger, the meat was yummy and cooked as we asked. My fiancé added bacon andI added gyro. I'm not sure if they forgot to put cheese on mine or they just come without cheese but my fiancé's burger hadcheese and it was a lot better than mine. Even if they forgot the cheese, food was very good with very reasonable price. Wespent less than 30 bucks and we left very satisfied. Read more
Great food as always!!! My family begs me to grab dinner on the way home from this location and they never disappoint! The fries... are amazing as well, highly recommend!
