Always on break, hates serving customers, best to get there before night shift shows up or you won't be served.
On Thursday April 15, 2021 around 12:50 pm I went to get gas. I needed $10 on pump 1, I gave Dora the cashier a $20 dollar bill.... Due to me rushing to make my appointment on time I accidentally forgot my change. Dora never even bother to stop me and tell me,so once I noticed I called up there she told me the manager wasn?t going to be in until Monday. So I called this morning a ladyLinda answered the phone and told me the manager was going to be in today (which was also a lie). Now both ladies were rude anddisrespectful when all I?m trying to do is talk to a manager so I can get my money. Not going back n forth anymore with the liesfrom these disrespectful cashiers. I will be contacting their HR first thing in the morning to complain about the unprofessionalbusiness here at Circle K. Read more
If you don?t use the car wash code the same day, it won?t work even if the receipt says your code expires 2 months later. When... you walk up to the window and let them know, they say you need to come when the manager is there... so you end up driving to thegas station multiple times just to see if the manager is there.. I come here all the time at first i didn't like this place as much but i changed my mind the only thing is the high prices and... the people who hang around here but inside is very nice they have lots of different items even though they can run out quickand they have nice soda varieties. Read more
Never really write reviews BUT.. I felt it was very important for me to write this one. So around 6:00pm or so my friend went... into the store to buy a couple items at this gas station....Jennifer (Made sure her name was Jennifer) was really rude to thecustomer in front of my friend and then she also continued to be rude to my friend. We forgot one item and I decided to go insince it was already uncomfortable for my friend. Right when I walked in she had a very unwelcoming tone and attitude in generalbased off of the conversations I heard with other customers. Maybe it was a bad day for her. A customers asked her a fewquestions on where a specific beverage was and she told him ? I don?t know look for it?, instead of helping to explain where theitem was. She didn?t look like she was enjoying her job or even knew her way around the around the store. I don?t know maybeshe?s new. I?ve actually trained employees on customer service and it was really unfortunate I had to experience that and to seeothers experience her nonchalant and negative behavior. Read more
I went to get a couple sodas and a few other things. The soda cooler was literally almost empty. I asked when they would be... getting more soda and the clerk asked 'what do you mean'? I said it's empty and she said oh we haven't had anyone to stock thecooler. There was another employee outside sweeping the parking lot. Why couldnt that employee stock the cooler? There weren'tany customers in store maybe one of the employees could have offered to go check if the soda i wanted was back there. Thecoolers didn't get empty overnight there had to be someone last night that could have stocked it even a little. It may seempetty but its not good for business. I could have got my other things but I didn't. May not go back to the store again. Read more
I am shocked at how disgusting the soda machines were. They have made a big deal about masks and the safety of other but when I... go in, during the day, to get a soda, the soda machine area is riddled with trash, soda spray everywhere, mold on the handles,sticky syrup on the dispenser (both of those are not from a momentary lapse in cleaning, that's day long neglect), the floor issticky and dirty from the people walking around on spilled soda. When you go in during the evening it is better, yet less staff.I would expect more from the day staff since the manager is there but she stays in back and doesn't attend to the front. Read more
