Big disappointment for $11.39 no chicken on my bow the chips all broken

I must say, I haven't been disappointed yet by El Pollo Loco. They make very good americanized Mexican food. Seasoned well, hot... to order, fresh ingredients, and very tasty. I used to love El Apollo Loco until I visited this location. My last 3 or 4 orders have been disgusting. Items were either left... missing or the food was super soggy or over cooked. Definitely doesn?t taste like regular El pollo loco. Luckily, there are afew other options in the area for lunch. Read more
