We ordered the number 2 combo. They said 15 minutes. The cashier gave us number 07. After waiting about 15 minutes they gave the... order to number 06 and had a few bites and said it was not there order. The staff was confused and the staff accused us ofgrabbing the wrong number when the gave the order. The one young in charge had an attitude towards us, so we decided to get arefund and leave. Will never go there again without a manager who has customer service knowledge. Read more
Food is good. I just think when you pay with card it asks if you want to tip. Which I?m all for but they should at least provide... proper customer service. If somebody asks for napkins or fork and knife be kind and go grab it for them instead of saying it?sover by the fountain. It just seems kind of rude after leaving a tip in my opinion. Read more
Really good food and my family enjoyed it. The dry rub lemon pepper wings were a little too peppery! Overall it was good.
My family and I love their more traditional style bone buffalo chicken wings with the hot bread that comes with the meal. ... Everything is always very tasty and fresh. The staff at the Chula Vista location are very helpful and friendly. I highlyrecommend this Epic Wings location to everyone in the area and to anyone visiting or passing through. Read more
I just love their chicken tenders with medium buffalo sauce while my sons like their BBQ sauce. Good stuff.
Wow I almost forgot about this disaster. We are huge fans of wings n things but the chicken has not been great, so we changed... and I think they cooked our wings twice. We threw most of it away. Read more
