This location had the worst soda I've ever tasted at a fast food location. I hate that I'm paying for a large drink and I can't... even drink it because of how poor it is in quality. It had zero taste and was completely flat. I only get a meal for the drinkand when I can't drink it because of the taste it means I'm wasting my money getting a meal. Read more
Very long wait. It was more than 15 minutes. It was not very busy at all. Soda machine out of multiple flavors. The tables were... dirty and no one ever came out to clean them. The trash cans were overflowing with trash. The cashier seemed unhappy to bethere. For some reason she charged me for everything separately rather than giving me the combo price. I probably overpaid by atleast a few dollars. My bill was over $15 for a breakfast platter, oj, and a soda. Read more

Pathetic. In n out has longer lines than jack and still moves faster than this. I work late and just want a meal. Wait close to... an hour and end up getting greeted by some poor tired employee with an attitude. I understand his frustration but this issuegoes straight to management or corporate. Raise your wage if you wanna retain employees. I'm willing to pay more for my twotacos. Read more

We really appreciated the care and attention given our family during this visit. The restaurant was clean and inviting. The... bathrooms were very clean. My kids loved the cool all-in-one sinks. The staff were friendly and attentive. When we asked aboutingredients for allergens, the cashier went to check labels for us. He even came to check on us halfway through our meal to seehow things were and if everything was okay. Nicely done! Read more
Drive-Thru can be intensely slow depending on who works there. One time we waited for almost about an hour in line, just to see... two girls who were working there confused on what to do. You guys are about to get $22/hr so I better be receiving sometop-quality and fast service with no mistakes next time I visit. Other than that, their burgers, fries, and shakes aredelicious.
