The SLOWEST jack n the box I?ve ever visited and I was only 1 of 2 cars in the drive thru. Was in the drive thru for 20 mins.
It's 3:30pm. The employees locked the room of the dining area and you can see them eating at a table inside. Huge line in the... drive thru. Hire people who actually want to work. Read more

Like that they have breakfast menu available the whole. Their breakfast sandwiches are quite good.
the tall white guy who took the drive through orders on may 31st 2022 (i don?t know his name but he was a younger guy) was being... wayyy too disrespectful, actually made me mad but i just didn?t say anything. It wouldn?t even be that bad if it was just me butit was my mom, usually i don?t let these things get to me but he just want too far. Basically shooed us away and didn?t even lether finish ordering. I just went to jack in the box drive through, and I don't know what the workers name was, or if she was a manager, but she took... my order very rudely, and was very unprofessional, she practically through my food in my face. From the moment she took myorder she had a bad adittude, I ordered a sourdough patty melt and to top it off, after all her little episode, she gave me aregular cheese burger instead of the sourdough patty melt. Only 2 cars in front of me but took like 25mins!! I ordered a kids meal with cheese burger and my baby bun was burnt...so... disappointed I'm not the type to complain but this was a bit much...never again!! Read more
