Horrible jack and the Box. I Went through the drive thru my total was $5.10 I gave the guy $10.00 and he gave me back all change... saying they had no one dollar bills? I ordered Jalapeno poppers and they were cold and old seem like they had been sitting for along time. Never again will I go to Jack and the Box. Read more

The overnight staff always claims that the system is down to not take your order. Easy job. Can't even do that.

Ordered 12 French toast sticks and a oreo milkshake. Started to go to work I noticed that the cup was broken in several places.... I took a bite French toast stick hard as a rock as well as the others. Turn around told the workers what happened one grabbedthe stuff in the trash I asked for my money back the said no then I asked for a gift card they said no. I left with nothing inhand. When I got to the car one the workers wanted to know if I wanted something else I just left. Best $20 I spent. Read more
I've gone here multiple times and the customer service has been very friendly and fast service. The drive thru area I consider a... little hectic just because the exit is a busy main street and right in front of a bus stop. Read more
Rebuilding of this Jack in the box totally demolished and upgraded. The breakfast sausage Crosant sandwich, are always fresh,... very good. The only issue is there small. I could easily eat 2 Fast friendly, on the 929 bus line. This location cares about youthey even built the tables, so you can charge your phone with a USB cord. That's so Cool and convenient. Love this new Jack inthe box on my morning route. Read more
My favorite place for breakfast sandwiches, only issue seems to be the cooks leaving pieces of egg shell in the egg. It... completely ruins your meal when this happens. It's not all the time but it does happen and is becoming somewhat a regular thing. Read more
