They really need to fix that drive through box, they come off very rude when they keep asking me to repeat myself because they... can't hear the customer. ( i repeated 5 times and they still couldn't get it right) Then when you finally get to the window, theguy says, the storage is broken and they have an attitude. You'd think since they remodeled the Jack in the Box that they wouldof invested in a speaker for the drive thru along with some remodeled customer service. 3rd street and quintard location. J.o.t.b. Is always a great place to stop n get a bite to eat. It's always fast and it's cheap if you need it to be because... there's always a few things on the menu that are around a dollar. Can't beat that with a stick even if I had one. Read more

I?d gave this place a zero star. There is a long line on the drive thru and barely people inside ordering. I ordered through ... JackInthebox mobile app, and pickup at the counter. They had me waiting for 20 mins and tend to prioritize drive thru. Besideswaiting for 20 mins, they still messed up my order, I was missing one Double Jack and fries, but gave me the drink, I think thesupervisor(he) did it on purpose. Also, these crew member do not wash hand after taking order and handling money. In addition,the tabletops are dirty and the floor. Please have this place check out by health department. If no one accommodates thismistakes they will keep doing it until customer retaliate. Horrible service tried to call them no one answered. Read more
Average, typical fast food nothing more nothing less... In response to Jack.. To be more specific. Jack in the box was my go to... place for fast food. But for the past 2-3 years it has fallen a bit. The remodel is great but the food started too become sloppyand then the veggies started to look unsatisfying.. my go to order was 2 jumbo jacks medium Dr pepper and 4 monster tacos forlater. But even the tacos went below the standard. The lettuce was decreased the nacho cheese became burger cheese.. everythingfelt different. I understand it's more cost efficient but it lost the whole satisfaction of eating from there. Sorry Jack, itwas great for me for a time.. Read more
