Waited about 30 minutes for my food with only 2 people ahead of me. The food was bad! Smelled old, tasted bad too, I spit it... out! Even the fries were bad, and that's the only thing I attempted to eat! So, I ordered 2 tacos. the shells were stale, therewas no cheese inside, the lettuce was brown, no taco sauce, the center was soft and greasy, then my chicken strips were verysoggy it was bad, it came with fries in the same box and they were soggy as well, only spent $7 but threw all my food away andstill hungry and now angry too! I had a very bad experience on my visit. I was passing through the drive thru when an umbrella that was just before the speaker... fell on my car causing damage and scratches. lack of irresponsibility from the staff, the manager Daniel and the area managerdidn?t care about this and not helping me at all. This place to noisy , dirty and there were so many times that I got wrong ordered. They normally didn't read back the orders to... the customer. I love Jack in the Box #3 but I have to think twice to come here . Read more
Horrible horrible horrible im sorry to sound excessive but they don?t follow ANY of the food safety regulations the employees... were touching food items with their hands and cross contaminating food. The person that was at the front for my order was amazing. Took my order correctly. When I got to the window to receive my order... the manager didn't even give me my order correctly. Threw my cheesecake in the bag and didn't even give me my fries. So Iordered the roast fries and all they give you is 2 stripes of chicken not enough sauce so it's not really worth it. Read more

First off, the credit card machine apparently wasn't working so it was cash only. Who still carries cash nowadays? Luckily I... found $5 in my car. Not enough for the chicken sandwich I intended to eat. So I went with a (normally) solid backup, the eggrolls... As you can see from the pictures, they were not only fried WAAAAYYYY too long, they were burnt to a crisp on one end. Read more
Only on this visit someone got creative with their order and bacon and onions were on my Monster ???? order, (No Bueno) I tried... one, I was hungry, Lol. My order was obviously mixed up with some one elses, but no problem, I returned after my priorappointment and I was able to get a refund with no problem. ???? Read more
