Last time I was there is was so bad!!! Actually the las 3 times!!! We used to drive like the whole family from Escondido to... Otay ranch because we just loved it but it became so bad that now is the last place we even think about going. Not worth it atall. They treat you like if you are doing them a favor by setting there. The food I would rate a 4.5 it's good. The service is a 2.0. they never refill your glass of water. You have to constantly ask... for your table to be cleared as you finish. To pay takes a while the servers are very slow from start to finish. Read more
The food was good music was a too loud to hear each other talk. But the real issue was there was that I was really hot in the... restaurant so we sat outside but the tables were super sticky. We checked 2 other tables and they were the same. It was so badthat the napkins stuck to the table and were unusable. Read more
This place is good. The bacon wrapped shrimp is delicious although not made in house I guess. The server told us they come that... way already. The fish ceviche is also really good. The service is a bit slow but the servers are always very nice and theatmosphere is always calm. Overall a pretty good place. Read more

I use to come here before and I would order the Grilled Prawns and the Prawns were huge. This time when I ordered it , they were... so small. Little disappointed and it wasn't as good as it was before. Everything was smaller , even the rice that they servedwas small. The price went up and their food servings got smaller. So sad. Charging more money for smaller portions!!! Theirtable was so sticky.. I had to put napkins on the table so my sleeves won't get stuck while I was eating!! Look at how big thePrawns were before. very disappointing. Our waiter had an "I don't want to be here or help you attitude", another waiter was sweeping around us when... we were eating, we didn't have all utensils to begin with. I've been to the Karinas in Bonita and there service is amazing.Don't come here, their staff isn't pleasant. Its best to drive to a different location and actually enjoy all aspects of therestaurant.
