I have nothing but great things to say about this Panda Express. The employees are very dedicated. They work very, very hard and... are committed to excellence. It?s a team centered environment. The food is always hot and ready to serve. The cooks do anamazing job keeping all of the dishes plentiful. The food is very affordable, they give you very generous portions and neverskimp on condiments. The dining area is always clean and ready for patrons. The staff are all so nice, courteous, professionaland well groomed. Their adherence to strict Covid 19 guidelines throughout this pandemic was commendable. If I?m going to cheaton my diet it will definitely with Panda. I?ve tried other Panda Express restaurants and they just don?t compare to this one. Myonly thing I don?t like is the soda machine. DONT EAT HERE! food was super undercooked. Everyone was leaving do to poor quality food and many people had refunds while we... were there. Not only that but a nearby customer found hair in there food. Just horrible. Customer service was worse then thefood. They told us to throw our food away and they charged us for our drinks even though we didn't touch our food. It felt likethey did that out of spite. Read more
Been here twice and both with the same type of visit. Drive thru line was long however the wait was very short. They got cars... in and out in a timely matter as I received my food shortly after paying. Food wise, this is your typical Panda Express Chinesefood. You either like it or you don't. I get the orange chicken and teriyaki chicken. My girl likes the Beijing beef. Portions are good here also, would recommend if you're in the area and want some Panda. Read more
Last night I picked up dinner for my daughter's at this location. I was serviced by Daniella. She was amazing from start to... finish for the small amount of minutes that I was there. Not only was she professional, she was kind, friendly and held abeautiful smile. She gave more than what we expected and I appreciate the experience. DO NOT GO TO THIS PANDA LOCATION! NOT ONLY CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TERRIBLE! This time our food was super bad! I almost think they... did this on purpose because I had a discussion with the cashier! Food was burnt & look at that ?bowl?! They told us to park &they would take our food to our car. We waited more than 10 minutes so they could?ve change my bowl that i kindly asked for! Very busy today, yet the staff were all kind and courteous. I asked for fresh beef and broccoli and said yes to a wait. After I... paid the cashier wrote my name down. Then another employee asked what I was waiting on, I said b&b she talked to the cashier. 2minutes later I was handed the b&b, away I went. Get in my car and another gal said hey Ryan, your b&b. I said I already gotit, she says well have this also. Sure thing. At home and ate what I could, the rest is for another time. 2 previousexperiences here and the staff were not so pleasant.
