It was the oddest thing. I picked up a slice from the box and the loose toppings fell away revealing a bite taken out of the... side of the slice. I just stared at it for a good long moment in disbelief. Then I got really angry because someone else'slips and saliva had been wrapped arround food I paid for. I went from starving and about ready to inhale a 1/2 the box myselfto utterly disgusted. Dirty game Papa John's. It means that sicker on the front is a cruel joke. Read more
This place is the best, and its a little sad too see people commenting on orders taking too long, they always tell you if it... will take a long time and its to be expected if it?s during rush hour(dinner time 4-8) If you order during rush hour, andcomplain that it?s not there within 35 minutes then just consider that a lot of people order pizzas at once and its unrealisticto expect it that fast. Maybe having a three story building with ten times the staff extra ovens etc It might work but with thelimited space they will inform you of when your food will arrive so don?t worry. The email said it would be an 18 minute wait for pickup, it turned out to be more like 45. They then proceeded to give me the... wrong order and when I got the correct order my pizza looked absolutely mangled. I'm not giving a one star because it stilltastes alright. Read more
Pizzas are very good and tasty. I feel that they need to train their employees that take orders a little bit more. This time,... the person answering was not very clear when I asked about specials and it felt that she was rushing to hang up and keepworking. I ordered food for pick up, only 2 employees were working that Friday evening so they seemed busy. I totally forgot toask for condiments and they were not offered either so I didn't get neither Parmesan cheese nor crushed pepper, which was abummer! If you... use TMobile Tuesday App for 25% off with code TMT25, you can get it for $7.49. I guess you really got to read the fine printand navigate around. ----------------- Papa Johns and T-Mobile team up to mislead consumers on their deals. The T-MobileTuesday app mislead me into thinking I received a free large 1 topping pizza, but it was a gimmick. Because they have it under"My Stuff" doesn't mean you get to redeem it. The other deal they have is to get 25% off of your order online for carryoutonly. While I was at the store, I check the online price for a large one topping pizza. It was $18.95. With 25% off, thisleaves a one topping large pizza for about $14. Well, the deal at the store is 2 large 2 toppings pizza for only $22. Thatwould price a large two toppings pizza for only $11. Now, (1) why would anyone go online to order if the price is substantiallyhigher, and (2) what's the purpose of using a coupon from T-Mobile when it is cheaper to go the store and order. This PapaJohns location is clean and the staffs are friendly, this is not a reflection of them. However, I will no longer go to PapaJohns and Uninstall the T-Mobile Tuesday App immediately. If you want fresh ingredients, good tasting sauce and excellent dough, order a pizza from Papa John's. You get what you pay... for, and you definitely pay for better quality of ingredients. I've never had a problem with this store, and the service isrelatively fast. After 9pm you have to give money and receive your pizza through the window. Guess it's a defense against peoplerobbing it or something. Love this place! Read more
2 stars because of the friendly delivery driver but I ordered a total of 3 toppings on my pizza but only received 1 topping,... would of been nice too receive a phone call letting me know or if the app would let you know there out of specific toppings. Read more
