Summed up, not worth it at all. I said I hadn't been here before and was still looking when a lady walked ahead of me, I said... go for it I am still looking. Low quality and very little flavor and of the 4 salsas at the salsa bar were all bland. I'm verywhite and this place is not good Mexican food. I ordered a chicken burrito and chips. The burrito was just soft, the chicken,fries, avocado, all of it was simply soft, not much texture to anything. My chips were the last bits of crumbs from thebag. My son got a kids quesadilla, fries (extra $.25 at that), apple sauce, and drink. I asked if they had some simple tacos, he said the 2 types of street tacos and I said sure 2 of each. I didn't know 4 "street tacos" would be $21.... like really?? Igo to get the salsas and see 6 empty trays on the counter, as I am a disabled Vet I use a cane to walk, and not wanting to makemultiple trips from the salsa bar to the table I grabbed a try. The guy that took our order says I can't have that tray and theydon't give out trays. I hold up my cane and said I don't walk very well and didn't want to spill or make multiple trips. He gaveme another tray to use and said again they don't give out trays to use here. Our food comes and the tacos looked poor then Ilooked at the receipt and was even more let down at the price vs quality. My son's kids meal is in a to go bag. I asked for aplate so he could eat in with me. I go grab 2 spoons for salsa and my son's apple sauce, both were not clean at all. We order dinner from Rubio?s quite often through the app. It?s always hot and ready for pickup as soon as I finish the order and... head out of the house. They are always incredibly friendly when I walk in. My favorites are the gourmet shrimp tacos andCalifornia bowl. My son loves the original fish tacos and their beans and cheese. Rubio's is great for quick and delicious Mexican style seafood cuisine. Some of their specials are seasonal. Among our whole... family, we've probably tried almost everything on the menu, and we have yet to find a dish we didn't like. Relatively quickservice. Total rip off. Did not get everything it said it came with. I ordered a pick up order and had no time to check my food. When I... got home I realized my cilantro lime bowl had NO avocado and my shrimp bow had 1 piece of romaine lettuce!!! Read more

The cooks are very lazy I came back in for a to go order that was cold and the Manager was very polite and when I got my food... again the fish tacos were still cold ???? they made a bunch of fish and saved it just to pull it out and not have it warmwhen they have. To go orders ....the lady cook was very lazy in the back im assuming the cook who was warming up the tortillasand made the tacos . The manager was very polite and respectful. Read more
