The store seems very unprofessional and appears to have a bunch of ill-trained people running everything. It's obvious they... prefer to talk amongst themselves rather than actually take care of customers. Ask for certain things about my coffee and theypurposely deceived me. Again acting as children would not as professional Barista's. Been to the store several times over theyears that it's existed has never improved. If anything it's gone downhill. There are bright stars amongst the crowd that dostand out but 1 in 20 is not enough. Store definitely not up to the standards I'm used to from Starbucks. Would recommend anyone of the other Starbucks stores in the area if you want quick, friendly and accurate service. Read more
This Starbucks drive thru is literally a nightmare, while I appreciate the effort of having a drive through, the actual... efficient of it doesn?t even deserve 1 star. I?m writing this review while I a wait my turn to get to the window, it?s been 40mins already, this is how bad it is. If you cannot have an efficient service then it?s better you don?t offer the service atall, I already saw so many customers leaving while I waited in line. Insane, there is no reason why a coffe and microwaved foodsshould take this long. The line isn?t even that long they just a long time to serve you. Read more
The wait is ridiculous each time. Atleast 30-45 min in the drive thru. Never less.
Very popular location because it?s the only drive thru in the area. Great for ordering ahead on the app and walking in to pick... up an order too though. Everyone is always very friendly. I love checking out the seasonal merchandise or buying gift cards forfriends and teachers too. Read more
I love that this Starbucks has a drive through, but the line is always very long. Even if you get down to order inside there?s a... long line and you?ll wait for a while to get your order. The day I ate inside i ordered a banana nut loaf and flies had goneinside. 2 flies in my loaf baggie and 5-10 more just flying around living their best life inside Starbucks. The DT is always busy and wait times are usually long. The only time you might get lucky with a 3- 5 min wait is M-F from... 7am-9am. That's when they usually have enough people working on the floor, other than that, it takes a while unless it happensto be slow. It is the only DT in the area, so that's just unfortunate, they need to open another one. And the store hrs sayopen at 4:30am, but that's for DT, not inside. The lobby opens an hour later every day. And on Sunday the DT is open 5:30am, so6:30 am for the lobby. The store needs to update the hrs sign outside so customers get accurate times & stop getting upset.Drinks are good, anything with vanilla sweet cream Cold foam is good :) Read more
More often than not, I come to this location and they mess up my drink. Today, I asked for a iced brown sugar oatmilk shaken... espresso and not sure what I got besides a cup of ice. It's really annoying when I spend $6 x 2 each time I go for my drink tonot only be ruined, but mostly ice. There are plenty of other locations in the are, do yourself a favor and avoid this one!!! They are open and you are inside the store but they refuse to serve you. They make you leave and return to your car to get in... the drive thru line. Instead of just serving customers already inside the store they turn a late night coffee run into an ordealand add to gas emissions in the drive thru line. Read more
