This is the most centrally located Starbucks in CV with a drive-thru. It was converted into a Starbucks, so the layout isn't... optimal. The one- star off is only because of the parking/drive issues. My drink was made perfectly and they actually made itwith LIGHT ICE as requested! Read more

they never fill up my 6.55 coffe or they never got the order correctly in what you pay for extra . As i?m not the only one that... this happens too. If you the manager from there is seeing this check your employees and take care o of your customers which theyalready work hard for their money to just throw it away like that . Read more
I always order at this Starbucks location never had a problem, until today when i was simply asking a question and had a coupon... for a free reusable cup. Some girl who works here with a septum piercing was rude as heck and seem to have an attitude. I neverencountered a barista with such attitude & I?m sure she?s a manager too I?m guessing. They never seem to get my drink right here. I go to several different Starbucks throughout the week and most other stores make... my drink with no problem, not this one. I have only visited this store a handful of times because literally every time I gohere, they get my drink wrong, so I stay away. Which is a shame because it's the closest store to my house. The first couple ofvisits here, when they got my drink wrong, the people working acted like I was a huge inconvenience when I asked them to pleasefix it. I keep thinking I'll give it another try every so often but I continue to be disappointed. I'm not sure if I'll evercome to this store again. I get so much better vibes and experiences at other stores to waste my time or money at this store. Read more
