Don't expect to be served in order, or close to it. Unexpected for a location with no online ordering or delivery.
I ordered Carmel macchiato and chai tea and it came out nasty I requested hot the coffee was so strong and the chai tea was like... coffee. The female who made it was so new and not familiar of what is she is doing can?t even get the right size of lid. Afterall they don?t have a cup holder. She needed more training and assistance from her partner. It is a Mother?s Day the Carmelmacchiato was for my spouse.. Not a good place to have a cup of coffee in the morning. One of my favorite coffee spots in the Otay Ranch area. Every time I stop at this Starbucks I always have friendly service and... great recommendations from the staff for new coffees and meals that go for lunch.
