I would give a 0 if I could. First, i tried to call there phone number and it rang for 5 minutes and no one answered. You... called back and it stayed busy for another 10 minutes, my wife went into their and other people were complaining about the staffnot answering/leaving phone off the hook. Now to the food, i know it is a wing store but I wanted to try their baby back ribs.I ordered a 1/2 rack for $20.99 and they were the worst ribs. Dry and like beef jerky. What made it worse was it looked like a1/4 rack, 5 bones is not a 1/2 rack. I wish I was there so I could talk to the manager or owner. What a waste of money. Read more
(Very disorganized) Called to place and order of medium buffalo fries was told will be 10 to 15 mins got there paid and... proceeded to wait 40 mins for my food and I didn't even order a lot of food while people who ordered after me got their foodbefore me and left with 2 bags of food like come on and all I got was a "sorry for the wait" I am not sure if I will bereturning after this. Ordered the medium buffalo fries and I was extremely disappointed. All the chicken the put on top looked like popcorn... chicken...no bigger pieces. Chicken was stale as were the fries. Ordered take out and when I got home after craving some forawhile I got the worst buffalo fries I've had. These fries use to be really good here. Read more
Been here two times and was going to give these guys 1 star. Its because i tasted their buffalo fries from their place in... Imperial Beach which make them different, to me, they are much better but thats only my opinion. You see, the place thats inI.B, well their chicken is much tender. So the reason i did not give them 1 star is because this is how they make them here. Thechicken is a little hard...idk why that is. But i will no longer be coming back. Today I took lemon peppers and buffalo chicken wings, how disappointed!! Tldr: Rude employee gives me wrong order then manager said it?s my fault I used to be a regular here until my terrible... experience tonight. There were four people total, one cook, one manager, and two cashiers. It was obvious one cashier was newand still learning the ropes, so I was patient. Once my order was taken, I was the only customer in the cafe. I know thisbecause I watched as they struggled to substitute fries for breadsticks in the order in front of me because they didn?t havebreadsticks ready. I stayed seated and thought they would approach me when it was ready. They called a name and approached mehanding me an order I thought was mine and being the only person there at the time, I took it. They asked me what drink I wantedand I told them I didn?t get a drink. Then I was asking them about my large blue cheese for my order. By these two questions,neither two people in the front, could tell this wasn?t my order. I didn?t see it wasn?t my order until I got home so I wasgoing to call. The number on google is wrong and when I called the correct number, no one answered. So I just go back and thinkabout what to ask and then when I got there, the manager was not able to communicate with me because of a slight languagebarrier. They gaslight me and tell me it was my fault because I didn?t check my order before I left. I ordered inside and wasthe only person in the cafe when they handed me my items. They kept telling me that I needed to check my order next time, butit?s not my job to make sure that the orders are getting handed out correct. If it wasn?t clear enough, the other order I gotwas not even an order in the cafe, you think they would have system to distinguish phone orders from inside orders.
