Relatively quick, friendly cashier, a little pricey and a little hidden from H street since it's sandwiched between other... commercial stops. The menu is difficult to read when the sun from the outside reflecting of the menu selections. The ribs arefall off the bone but nothing special about the BBQ sauce. Saw a special outside on the sign too bad they only offer it to grubhub orders. Without asking the meal came with napkins and plastic wear. Order shows 1/2 rack and fries. Read more
We ordered to go over the phone and by the time we picked up, about 5 minutes after the time frame they gave us, the food was... soggy. I ordered 3 buffalo chicken fries. Parking is also horrible at this location. You must park in the parking garage andthere is no street parking in front of the place. Customer service is good though. Read more
Ordered delivery. I paid for a large buffalo chicken fries and they gave me a regular. Also never ask for extra chicken, they... charge you but don't ever actually add it. Tried calling but they never pick up. Read more
