Ordered online and was told would be ready within 15-25 mins, I came in at the 30 min mark, was told 5 mins and didn't get my... food until 15 mins later. I can understand when you're busy but at least let me know so I'm not waiting there while the food isbarely getting prepared. I still gave 3 stars cause the food is good. Read more
Made an order 5 hrs in advance.. still manage to be 30 minutes late. Food delivered the spices were wrong. received all mild... wings. Maybe bad batch. Not willing to try again. Read more
Literally the worst wingstop ive ever been to. They need a new hiring manager or something every-time i go in there it is a... bunch of teens giving mediocre customer service and always messing up the order. Ive gone 3 times in the last two months andthere is always something wrong. Wrong flavor, no ranch, always something? I came in today to order wings and the time was 7:20 pm at August 12-Saturday. The worker told us that they will not be... accepting any more order because they are short staff(there were 3 workers). I understand that it is unfortunate but 4 hours andhalf to not accept order since they're store close at 12 , I feel was excessive. Also the last 2 times I visited last month ,they're machine was not working and only accepted cash ( that happened prior mont h). Bad service overall . Read more
They forgot to bag half of our food, wouldn't answer the phone despite calling 10+ times. Also the options to leave a message to... the district manager or to contact the franchise office are useless. This place desperately needs a new management overhaul. Read more
Rude service, manager was very rude when asked to customize an order, I order the same thing at every Wingstop no problems once... so ever. There is never a problem to combine two flavors, when asked to speak to a manager, she rudely said she was themanager, and that she couldn't help me. Aileen was her name, no name tag or anything I had to find it on the receipt that Ifailed to get untill I asked for it after I was given my order. The restaurant was super dirty inside I waited for 15-18 minsfor my food and the tables were not cleaned one time. See pictures, as well as mostly all tables had sticky soda cup rings onthem. Food is delicious and the staff is very friendly. Highly recommend this place! Staff kept checking on us to make sure... everything was good with our order, or if we needed anything. They have TV,s to watch football and they also play music fromyour local stations. Read more
Trash place, It took them over 40 mins to finish my order. Never coming back again.
