Pals is always good, always fast, never gets your order wrong. A little expensive for fast food but totally worth it for the... speed, good service, consistency, and actual good meat. There's a reason that pals is only exclusive to the state of Tennessee it is hot always and fresh need very clean for size and... fast and The food doesn't matter what you order because all of it is good it's also a decent price a lot better price than whatyou were paying McDonald's or anywhere else. In all seriousness if I had to rate this restaurant based on customer service food cleanliness professionalism I would give them... a 110 out of 100. Greeted with a smile. treated with respect. As far as I could see inside the window restaurant looks extremelyclean and well taken care of lots of employees working fast and efficiently. Exterior of the restaurant was very clean. Taste ofthe burger was awesome I believe it's better than Whataburger. Read more

Amazing burgers too bad this is an east TN only chain. If you are traveling threw the area you need to stop. The burgers are... very generously sized and cooked perfectly. Then there are the fries they put a special seasoning on them that makes themabsolutely delicious. Lastly their sweet tea is perfect sweet but not to the point where you are thinking about calling yourdentist after you drink it. I will be going back every chance I get. Note: The Church Hill location is drive up only there area few locations that have counter service. I have had luck walking up to the drive thru window when towing trailers or in the rvas they are not drive thru friendly. Read more
I have had them 3 different times to try all the different foods. The burger was great, the way they arranged they arranged the... vegetables so perfect and not messy, was perfect. The fries were good, but those biscuits!!! Oh man! Magical! The lawn is alwayswell kept, the cleanliness of the building, everything was amazing. Read more

I love the food there and their amazing gallons of sweet tea with extra razzie. But last time I got 2 gallons of sweet tea with... the razzie it didn't taste so amazing so I called them and told them about my problem and I went back yesterday and they fixedit for me.
