Anyone else notice this location getting worse. I stop in almost every morning for coffee. Last few times I've ordered food,... the chicken tenders were so dry and tough I could hardly eat it. Oh, and don't forget to check your order and make sure it's allthere. Then to top it off, you can order a freshly made breakfast sandwich only to unwrap it and find its cold. I ordered the ?world famous chicken? and it was pink on the inside, but other than that it?s a great place and good staff.
Been there twice for chicken. It?s good but the service behind the counter is terrible. But it?s shady side so expectation isn?t... very high. Like all RoFo order in a screen, pay for it then pick it up. When picking up a larger order it would be nice if theyput it in a bag for you. Both times they didn?t bag or even offer one. When I asked the first time they scoffed at me. Thesecond visit, they didn?t have bags for chicken. While the chicken has been good we will not be making an appearance very often. Read more
The company grossly underestimated how much traffic they were going to get. It's the closest thing to a fast food chain to open... in a 30 mile radius (aside from 7-eleven, but they're food isn't great.) Please stock the chicken so there aren't (almost) onehour waits---- Also, consolations go a LONG way for customer service scores in this town. I placed my order at 2:26pm after anannouncement that it would be a 10 min wait. After that, I was told it would be an additional 15-20mins.... at the 30 min mark,I offered that they could simply give me whatever chicken they had and I didn't need to wait on dark meat. Told that there were23 ppl waiting on chicken, so no can do. Finally a manager comes into the picture at 3:10 and starts taking orders for peoplewho couldn't wait any longer and were coming back. I was finally handed my order at 3:17pm... manager didn't offer an apology tome for the wait, no coupon to keep my business, nothing. Granted, I didn't make a scene or demand this of her, but we reallyshouldn't have to when a situation like this occurs. In my case, providing good customer service with that bad situationwould've saved my business. The chicken was good, but it wasn't good enough for me to have been held up in my plans as much asthey were and not even get an apology. I don't see myself going back anytime soon. Read more
Royal Farms is a chain store, so you'll pretty much know what to expect. Rofo got that chicken that is famous for greatness... though. The coffee is ok too. It's a great place to get a breakfast sandwich. This is a new location so fresh food is in stock. I'm impressed by the service and the appearance of the store is clean. Read more
I find the fried chicken and freshly ground coffee at Royal Farms very good.
