Naughton's Johnson House in Churchville has the BEST prime rib in the entire city! The atmosphere is warm, welcoming, and cozy.... Later on in the evenings a piano player comes in to provide some background musicThe bar, while not massively stocked, is alwaysserving up cold beer and perfect cocktails. The real reason to come here, however, is the prime rib! Make no mistake, TheJohnson House is a steakhouse first and foremost, and has some excellent choice cuts (ribeye, porterhouse, filet, etc). The realstar, however, is there prime rib. Always perfectly cooked and served with a side of au jus, the meat is incredibly tender andthe flavor is out of this world! I cannot recommend Naughton's Johnson House enough! You will spend some money here to be sure, but you will definitely get your money's worth! Read more

The food was great but our table was oddly placed too close to the bar. Service was rather slow.

Poor customer service, steak was just ok, not what I expected from a steak house. Sour cream was in a packet and chives were... dry, will not be returning Read more

Good, not great. Expected more from a Steakhouse when it came to the meat itself. The Choice Porterhouse was an uneven cut... which boasted a beautifully cooked strip and shoeleather filet. Sides left something to be desired across the table. Theyoffer a small menu which has its benefits but was very surprised to not see a Ribeye option. Very intimate and cozy setting, great for date night. Wait staff was friendly and attentive. Read more

A very COZY and dimly lit traditional century style restaurant - This is a very nice restaurant for an intimate dinner for two... with the dark woods and brick. They're known for their steaks and seafood plates. It is well worth the price for what they giveyou, and the quality is fresh. The steaks are seasoned nicely and you have a choice of side dishes. With most of their plates, you get a fresh greens salad with many choices of dressings, a choice of potatoe (fries, baked, or mashed), or a choice ofvegetable. I had the garlic mashed potatoes, and it was buttery and not over done with garlic. They also have a great selectionof desserts - My wife and I shared the peanut-butter pie. For such a traditional century style restaurant, they serve moderndrinks. Their list of Martinis are great ! From traditional choices, to martini's like the "Espresso Martini" - It's VERYdelicious. My wife had the 8oz Filet Mignon, and I had the Surf Platter. I was amazed on how much you get for the price, it'swell worth it - A big 6oz lobster tail, 4 or 5 large scallops, around 8 pieces of King crab leg sections, 4 or 5 jumbo shrimp, and 2 large clams casino - $35 !!! The presentation is great with the drawn butter perched over a little candle to keep thebutter warm. Read more
