The person that took order and collected the money was great but rude at the food window not so much food sloppy

We stopped in last Sunday and got pup cups and cheeseburgers for the dogs on the way to go camping. Like just about every other... McDonald's I've ever been to, but the pup comes for free and the service was really decent. On our way back home after campingI was told that the pups would be the same cost as a sundae for each one. When I asked the lady at the window about that andexplain that I wasn't charged last time she got a little snippy with me and told me that that's just how they do it. So I justgot the cheeseburgers and went to the next window. After getting her food we pulled up to a parking spot and looked inside andthe dog's cheeseburgers were all covered in onions. I parked my Jeep and went inside to have them remade. The lady making thefood got really nasty about the fact that I had ordered plain cheeseburgers and how is she supposed to know that's not supposedto have onions on it. Annoyed I asked her what the definition of plane was and she responded back that would mean it would haveno cheese at which point I told her that would be a plain hamburger not a plain cheeseburger. While waiting for the food theHispanic manager, Erica thought it would be a good idea to make a couple pop comments in Spanish not knowing that my family ishispanic. I waited for the food and then responded to her insults in Spanish before leaving. All in all, probably the absoluteworst experience I've ever had at a McDonald's - pretty impressive, all things considered. Read more

I got a breakfast sandwich at churubusco indiana macdonalds sunday morning and got really sick. I believe the egg was bad. It... didnt taste right so i threw it out the window after s couple of bites. Been trying yo call them but phone rings and rings tillfax answers it. I like this McDonald's they have very good service and food!
I never know if the mocha machine will be working when I go in. I went in with my daughter's the other night and asked if the... ice cream machine was working, the employee checked and it was. They came over to ring the order up, had me wait while he wentto the back and talked to the manager and the manager told him not to serve ice cream. Having worked good service before I'massuming it was an inventory night, but customers should still come first. The ice cream machine was clearly working. Read more
Have not been to Churubusco Loaction in 6 months due to poor services.. tried it again and big Mac was cold and fries were luke... warm, Sweet Tea was fabulous ????... Won't be back for a long time.... I would think being 6 cars back in line in drive thru myfood would be HOT, NOT the case!! Read more
