This was my worst experience at a restaurant ever. I have never left a review for any place because I like to give the... restaurant the benefit of doubt of having an off day. I went in to order a chicken bacon ranch sandwich. First I was told Icouldn?t have Italian herbs and cheese bread because of the type of sandwich it was, then was told I couldn?t have shreddedcheese, and I had to wait to have it toasted til after the vegetables are on. Now they have a promotion for making sandwiches a?melt? but specifically on the menu it says the sandwich is called the chicken bacon ranch melt. I believe they did notunderstand this in which I tried to explain but they stated ?this is how we were trained we aren?t doing anything wrong.? Ialways order this sandwich when going to Subway and have never had this type of rude customer service and not being able to putlettuce on my sandwich. I was also not able to put on the toppings I requested. I thought the point of subway was to be able tomake it ?my way.? Then they charged us extra for making it a melt which I stated the menu clearly states the price should be$7.99 for a chicken bacon ranch melt. They were speechless after I said that and just handed us our receipt like they knew theyhad messed up but they weren?t going to fix it. Overall a miserable experience. Read more

Last person to walk in before they closed with bad acid reflux and they "accidentally" put 2 Jalapenos in the center of each... side of my sandwich. I strongly disagree that it was accidental cross-contamination. Either way could be a huge lawsuit ifsomebody were to be harmed from said cross-contamination, which it didnt help me by any means. Even better the owner of thestore didn't even give me a refund or replace my sandwich, in turn told me to f*** off and hung up the phone. Read more

Had 4 people in line before us. There were 2 workers. They worked well together but it just seems so slow. Its like a process to... get sandwiches. The only thing I can say is the 2 guys kinda "danced" around each other and it was confusing. Guy "A" startedour sandwiches. Guy "B" then put them in the toaster oven. Then guy "A" finished my sandwich and we had to wait for guy "B" tofinish the other 2 and then guy "A" cashed us out. Just seems like a lot of movement with small results. If I had to guess, fromthe time we came in till we got our food was at least 15 to 20 min. But they were very nice. Read more

This is a very good Subway restaurant. In general, I don't give any chain/franchise eatery 5 stars. I have been in this... establishment numerous times during the "after church" Sunday rush. The one disappointment was the lack of staffing especiallyduring a known busy time. There should have been a third person behind the counter handling payments, cookies, beverages, etc. Read more
