Delivery order to a friend's house for dinner. Two pies, pretty well made and fresh. Delivery time was accurate. Only... complaint for this location is that when ordering on the phone, they ask ahead time if you want to provide a tip to the driveron your credit card. Seems unprofessional to upsell the price with a tip for service that hasn't even been delivered yet. Tipsare not mandatory and should be expected based on quality of service. Read more
Paid $30 for cold, flat pizza and Caesar salad that lettuce was rotten. This place use to be great! Last 3 times has been... horrible. My guess is I was served a pizza that wasn't slapped out fresh and was pre racked. Then sat a while before delivered.Called for a refund and couldn't get mgr on the phone. Terrible way to run business. Whoever was running the show beforeobviously not there anymore. It use to be consistently great now its consistently bad. Read more
Ok I don't know what crew was working the night of 7/7/22 but Y'ALL DID THAT!!!! The pizza was cooked to perfection and they... followed all the toppings and request we placed online. Placed a large Marcos order on Sunday 5/29 for my family. As this was a large order we did not eat all of it, refrigerated... leftovers immediately. The next day I went to reheat my wings, and mind you this was an unopened wing order, and saw somethingfunny on one of the wings. Took a closer look and found they were maggots. I was so disgusted I threw everything out and had tocall my family to tell them to throw their leftovers out as well. We?ve ordered Marcos since they first opened and noticed theirquality and service going down while their prices continued to rise and have continued to support their business. After this wewill no longer be ordering from them again. Please note, I did call to voice my concern and the manager I spoke to, Auburn,seemed very dismissive. After I called him out on it he apologized and said this has never happened before and no one has calledto complain about this before. Which I understood however I would not make this up, I was calling to make them aware of theissue in hopes that no one has this happen to them. Read more

BEST customer service from Calina! She was very professional, offered us options for our order and made sure we were satisfied... with our sit in dining experience. It was the very best visit I've had in a long time to Marco's Pizza. I hope the Managementcontinues to hire staff like Calina, who are passionate about customer service and quality of food. She even thanked us forcoming and waved goodbye on the way out. It reminded me of the dining experience we use to have back at the Corporate Office inOhio.
