Placed an online order around 7pm for pickup at 7.20 went through the drive thru at 7.25 and was rudly told by the boy at the... drive thru window that it was a "really big order" and would "take awhile." I ordered 2 entrees and an order of crab rangoon...I guess I didn't realize how challenging that was to put together since it took them until 7.40 to bring it out. While I waswaiting cars that came after I did received larger orders with multiple bags. Once I finally got the food the sesame chicken wasmissing, they were out of sweet and sour, and to top it all off it wasn't hot. We eat here about once a month and enjoy thefood. It usually does take a little longer than they say. I was prepared for that, but I was more upset at the lack of customerservice in the drive thru, extended wait without hot food and missing items during this experience. I think it would beappreciated by all patrons it if management would step in to resolve some of the issues that challenge this location. Read more
Great little location. Came here for lunch with a group of six while in the middle of a rush. Staff was super nice and kept its... cool while trying trying promptly get orders out to dine in and drive through customers. Food tasted great as always, got myusual fried rice and orange chicken. Very good food and awesome customer service. I love this location. The food is always delicious and the portions are always... good. I will continue to feed my family here. The only complaint I have is that lines can be long going through the drive thru. Read more

Ordered teriyaki chicken with green beans broccoli and fried rice. Teriyaki chicken was great but not enough. The green beans... were so hard it literally turned me off. The broccoli could have been better so that leaves the fried rice, which was good. Badday or different cook you tell me. Read more
