Update Still the same. Service it still good. The only thing is that if they're going to leave new workers, they should at least... be fully trained or have a supervisor on call. ------------------ It's a hit or miss at this Dunkin Donuts. Some days they getmy order right sometimes they don't. Sometimes they have the ingredients they need sometimes they don't. Customer service wisethey are usually nice and friendly. Read more

Shop manager Abraham is the worst human being possible. Talking about his employee's medical problems to other employees in... front of customers! It happened some time ago but I couldn?t stop thinking about it and should be known he?s a narcissistic andrude human being. Doesn?t realize that people do understand Spanish and speak it even though they don?t look like they do. Neverin a million years would I get along with employees the way he is. I always get coffee every Friday from this Dunkin. They are never packed so it's great to go before I start work and if they do... have a line they bring it down quickly. They make it perfect Everytime, Weekly Dunkin fix. Read more

Every time I order my coffee they give me the wrong thing all I want is 4 creams, 3 sugar and two shot of Sweet hazelnut and... they always give me French vanilla. Please pay attention to your customers I understand that there is a line, but it'simportant to get our orders right. Read more
