So basically I did a reorder for a extra large sauge and cheese pizza and they sent pepperoni instead. Long story short I called... the restaurant and the young lady said she'll credit me my correct order to be delivered at another date because they didn'thave the driver's at the time. I called today and the manager told me I was only $15 dollars and that was it. I spent 50 on thepizza including delivery and tip. The young lady basically lied to me and didn't give me her name that day. She only gave me themanager name. When I spoke to the manager today she was rude and uncooperative. I love their pizza but I will not be orderingagain. They messed up and now they don't want to own up to it. Customer service goes a long way and these workers dropped theball big time. Not ordering from here again ???? Placed an order for pick up since delivery was over an hour for it to arrive. Went to pick up... the food, they charged me for my order, then they say, my pizza was accidentally given to someone else. Why would I not be toldthat before you charge me for it?? Now they have me waiting in my car for 30 minutes while it’s made and cooked. The girlsresponse when I told her this is a huge inconvenience, she would give me 10 dollars off my next order…..???? Why not makethings right with this order so I can even CONSIDER placing another one in the future??? It gets worse, we get our food comehome…. Pizza is not made the way we order it (we’ll done), I get 2 orders of onion rings and 1 fry (when it suppose to bethe other way around) and the gravy bread is pieces of onions with water splashed on it (not gravy) because it did not tasteANYTHING like gravy bread (I threw it away after the first bite I took and spit out int he same container). Finale, it was myidea and I convinced my family to order from here since our favorite pizza place, Nonos, was closed today. SHOUT OUT TO NONOSFOR NEVER BEING A DISSAPOINTMENT!!! Read more
I ordered a 12inh pizza it took them 2 hours for it to arrive never again one sad Sunday. plus the pizza was not even hot ????
We just moved and put the wrong address accidentally but their delivery driver went out of his way to get the pizza and deliver... it to the right one without us even asking. We had already accepted we had gifted someone a free pizza ???? the original crustis so good, can’t wait to shop here for all my pizza needs! Excellent people and excellent food :) Read more
I always order here when I’m lazy to cook. Please beware that yes they take long to get you your pizza but you need to plan... for that. I start ordering way before I’m hungry. They usually take an hour and a half. The pizza is good though. Read more
