This place just keeps getting worse. As fast as they are to charge the food they should be as fast to give the food! There is... always a 15-20 min wait here. They don?t meet there standards and they haven?t been in years. I literally want my money back,but since it will be another wait why bother! they don?t answer there phones. Teribble location! I ordered from the app to "save time" it took 45 minutes to get the notification that my order was "ready". I... get there only to be told I have to wait an additional 25 minutes!? WHY?! "Hot and Ready"? Yeah, in an hour and a half to almost2 hours! Second time at this location. Will not be coming back here at all. Employees lack common sense and customer service. They?re rude to elderly customers and never load the portal. So if you order... online to avoid waiting at the store you completely wasted your time. You will still have to wait once you get there. They alsostack 2+ pizzas but make you wait for 1 . They don?t follow the first in first out method that would ensure customers receivehot and ready pizzas as they famously claim. Read more
