CTA ordered pizza to shop location. Gave them a contact number to call when pizza arrived. Delivery man never called just left... pizza on garbage can unintended surrounded by homeless people. When I called they told me they left pizza at terminal. Called toget new pizza was advised that they will charge me again or have to give them the pizzas back. Pizza was left on garbage andhomeless took the pizza. Cant give you something back that I did not get. Horrible Costumer service. They didn't tell us that we could only do one check for everyone for our fantasy football draft. Manager lied to us and said... she told us before hand. She did not. Waiter dropped off the check and wouldn't break up the check. Then he ran off and hid. Hadto go looking for him twice. So i just paid 42 bucks for a cheeseburger and a coke... food wasn't even that good. We won't beback again. Read more
Food was average. Catered Egg Plant Parmigiana and it was very dry. Moreover, had to push them to give me more sauce on the... side. Made me feel like I was being unfair, even though their food was the issue. Was mislead on the quantity as well. They mayhave lost a regular customer today. Read more
I'm saddened to say that I won't be able to purchase their pizza as often as I would like. I used to pick up my pizza on the way... home from picking up my son and appreciated their "curb side pick up" because it was very helpful not having to park and jugglea pizza while holding a toddlers hand. I was informed that unfortunately the owner had decided to no longer provide thatservice. Read more
I am a local customer and love this location. Personally the soda coke is A1 from this particular restaurant. The service is... amazing and would love to award a shout out to my girl Celine. She is gorgeous and amazing. Never had any problems with myorders and pizza is fire. She is an amazing example of what amazing customer service means. I am a local and have been ordering paisans since I was a kid. However I feel compelled to write this review because of the... gravity of the situation. On my last order I order a salad and there was a latex GLOVE inside of the salad. As you can imagine Iwas disgusted! I called the restaurant and the manager didn?t believe me so he has to come to my HOUSE to see if it was theirgloves. REALLY??? Why would I put my own gloves in side my salad? Overall I feel disappointed in how the manager handled it andmore importantly FOOD SAFETY. Read more
