I gave this location 3 stars because my drink was delicious, but the customer service suck. I walked in, stood in front of the... order counter, and glanced over the menu. All while doing this, no one greeted me. So after 2 minutes one of the batistas says" we'll be with you in a moment ", hello to you, I said. I am still waiting a minute or so afterwards. There's no one else inthis line. Finally, the barista that's working the front register, who was doing nothing this whole time but watching me standthere approaches. I don't want to talk about my interactions with her, ???????????. Before you ask, no, they were notunderstaffed. There were 4 baristas working that night, it might have been a fifth person. Please provide a customer serviceclass for this location. Might go back in a few months to check on improvements ???? Read more

I go to every Starbucks around Chicago and Suburbs this was a great experience. Right away I was greeted and asked if it was for... pick up. I gave him my name and he right away got it from the drive through section. Super nice guy. This location is always out of everything. ordered a pistachio latte and my coffee tastes like nothing. It taste?s like warm... milk without any sugar . No flavor nothing. Not worth the money. I can put milk in cup and warm it up in the microwave myself. Read more
I always ask for LIGHT ICE and they always put the normal amount which is half the cup, going forward I will ask for NO ICE with... an empty cup with ice ???? Read more
