Not sure what is wrong with this wendys, their employees are always rude and very slow. Everytime I order from here, they forget... something, everytime!! This is a nice Wendy's. The employees they are very polite. This location was great the burger was fresh and fixed right. They... have the best healthy salads for a fast-food place. Amazing food quality even they were extremely busy. Food is always great and delicious. Even their Value Menu is good and had a... good selection. Always my go to for fast food. Fast as they can be and the quality of product is always on point and one of thecleanest inside and out. Each time the place has been crazy busy but the staff still greet you with a smile and ask how your dayis. You can't go wrong with this Wendy's! Wendy?s a better value for the money. This Wendy's was clean and had great fresh food it was good and hot the service was great I had guy wait on me he was new on the... job and did good job waiting on me with a smile and was friendly. Got my order in less than 4 minutes quick. It's a fast food restaurant. There's not much more that needs to be said. They offer typical Chicago customer service, meaning,... a young staff that's poorly trained with very few problem solving skills. Food is decent when the order is correct. They're notbad but at the same time they don't exactly stand out from the rest either. Read more
I just left Wendy's around 1:20 AM today.. I know it's close to them getting ready to close but this is ridiculous. I ordered a... 4 for 4 with a coke or pepsi, no ice The only thing good about this meal was the kid's cheeseburger. The Pepsi was completelyflat no carbonation. The french fries and the chicken nuggets was ice cold. I gave her the fries back and told her they werehorrible. She gave me a different order of fries that had been precooked and overdone but they were hot this time. I did notrealize the nuggets were cold and the pop was flat until I got back to work. I placed this order for delivery on Grub Hubb.This restaurant is ridiculous I will never order here again. Save your time and... your money the quality of service and food isn't worth the wait for the drive. 11:26am my order was placed it was delivered at12:06pm cold over cooked dry my Iced Vanilla-cino was mostly water and creamer. They even forgot my meal. Your suppose to makethe order fresh for delivery not pack it up out the way into the microwave one soft sandwich and one brick one? Both pattiesdry. Unfortunately i can?t Zero start this place but today i came to the store because i?m doing grubhub they closed down the store,... they put up signs saying Drive thru only, and i had to wait for like 30 mins to get to the window where you pay and get foodonly to be told very rudely to park in the mobile order parking. Currently been sitting here for 10 mins , and still no food.This is ridiculous, everyone needs to be let go and start fresh , or everyone needs to be retrained. Women working drive thruhad attitude.
