The food just fine, but the service was very terribly slow. My mom and I order and we waited for almost 15 minutes. The cashier... is like he works in the kitchen. Is like the crews are working with their blindfolds on. The worst part, the people and I werewaiting in line for almost 20 mins for taking our orders. I feel like you crews needs to focus on the front of the house notjust drive thru and Uber. Read more
I typically love Wendy?s breakfast but this was a disappointment. The young man helping me through drive-through was friendly... and courteous. However, the bacon egg and cheese biscuit was not hot and fresh. I would?ve reached out to the restaurantdirectly, but no receipt provided. Try to find an alternative for your breakfast in this area. Terrible service as I'm telling the girl my order she's keeps asking, "Is that it? Is that it?" Then an "I got it" still made me... repeat t he order because she did NOT "got it". I get to the window and she got the order wrong then the small frosty all messylid half off I said this looks crazy can I get some napkins, she said "THIS GIRL" with an attitude as if I couldn't hear. I'm done with this Wendy's. Once they forgot to make a mobile order I placed. Their hours online say open till 1, but 2 times I... showed up around midnight and they say they're closed. I pull up to their drive through today for breakfast. There was one carahead of me. I ordered 3 breakfast combos and literally waited 15 minutes. My only problem with Wendy's is that I do not like cheese on my salads other than that they are an excellent place to eat lunch... We were not given a recipe, the salad isn?t even nicely done or presentable, was given a large drink when i asked for 3 medium.... We asked for the receipt but when charged the gentleman said they would give it at next window, didn?t happen, then we wereasked to park ahead and wait for our order. We waited asked for the receipt and young lady said it should be in the bag. We gothome and no receipt and the salad looked like this.
