So ridiculously hit or miss here. Yesterday i got a chili cheese dog that was perfect, and super hot. Today, theyre barely... warm, half my cheese curds are hard, and my slushy is half melted as theyre handing it to me, IN A CLEAR CUP, like you cant seethat thing is melted? In all the years ive ordered the misty, i have NEVER had a melted one handed to me. They hardlyacknowledge their customers to even say have a good day, and seemed really annoyed when i asked for a side of ranch. Superdisappointing because its the easiest place for me to stop for food quickly if i had a long work day (12+ hours). Such a shame. Read more

Came back after 3 months and it?s even worse, if I wanted a vanilla ice cream cone with sprinkles the m&m blizzard would be... right on target, so long! M&m blizzard has hardly any m&m?s in it and not much of chocolate. Bummer Read more
We go to this Dairy Queen because it is close to Morse Reservoir. But each time we go the customer service is sorely lacking. ... The young people working do not acknowledge you in anyway. They get our orders right but no smiles or thank you. We feel like weare invading their time. Most disappointed and we are going to get our ice cream at the westfield Dairy Queen. Read more
I really didn't want to post this but wanted to PM because I believe you might have a serious problem at this store. I was at... your store in april 2022 and was knocked out by the overwhelming smell of mold and mildew in your store. The smell is terrible,it was so bad I had to leave because it triggered my respiratory and allergy problems. I'm sure I'm not the only person whosmell it's. The place also needs a deep, deep clean. Things are sticky and just plain dirty. I'm sorry to have to post thishere but you need to find out why this mildew problem is occurring. Read more
Visited - 9/11/21 around 11:45. On our way out of town (to drive 2 hours away), we stopped and ordered honey bbq chicken strip... basket, a regular fry, and a couple drinks. Since we were in a hurry, we received our order and drove away. Opening the bag, wediscovered the regular fry was missing, no napkins, and no receipt. Not a huge deal because we still got the chicken, right?Wrong. Picked up one piece of chicken and it was entirely cold. Not like "been sitting out for a hour or two" cold, these werechilled like they had been sitting in a refrigerator. Completely inedible. How employees can be this oblivious is beyond me. $14down the drain. Read more
Understaffed, unclean, didn't stay open their full hours and kicked my family out of their lobby before scheduled close. We had... to stand outside to eat because we don't eat in our cars. The building is outdated and a blizzard costs $5 anyways, go to thestore and get some ice cream. Read more
Pretty hit or miss, and it?s a very wide gap. Can be a 4* dq or a zero. Today it deserves a zero for serving fries that taste... 10 years old and a rude clerk up front. The cooks had to bring my order to me. I?ll give 2 stars because most the time it?sdecent and places tend to only receive negative reviews. I will not eat here again. Read more
