This location used to be great years ago, now it's just embarrassing. Online ordering is almost never an option and the same... goes for delivery. If you get lucky and can order and have it delivered it is always at least 20 minutes late. Not sure whathappened to this place but I won't be ordering again. Read more
Do NOT, rude lady on phone, talks LIKE a telemarketer, does not really listen. Ive called more than once, and shes the same... way, UGGHHH. Im nice, JUST ASKING simple questions. Says, Yes, I see, I Understand. The 50% OFF is NOT a deal. Just for 2pizza's was going to be $45, online. Just 2 pizzas, NOTHING special. I called after trying to order online. Rude, when tryingto be polite ASKING if i messed up on line. I did NOT!!! NOT wsnting to waist time, gas, and pizza on there end. WoW !!! Toppings NOT even go to the edge. I ordered two pizzas and wings tonight around 7:25 pm and it is now almost 9 pm and the delivery driver is just now on the way... with our order. The time it has taken to get our order is unacceptable and this has happened on more than one occasion. We won?tbe returning to Dominos for pizza, that?s for sure. Read more
I've been a loyal customer of Cicero dominos for over 15 years. I left a 3 star review 2 years ago for always forgetting... ingredients. I'm now giving a 2 star for repeatedly having the same issues. Idk what the ownership of this dominos has done, butthe service and quality checks here are GARBAGE. The whole place needs to shut down and start over. I'm cutting ties with thisdominos after 15+ years of loyalty. P.S. I have an open case with corporate. Gunna try and get this place looked at by them,and maybe even shut down since the owner/management don't seem to resolve issues. Read more
Don't even waste your time... unless you would like your pizza hours later. What a joke! Need better management
We usually order from dominos for our pizza nights but tonight we had the worst service EVER! I ordered online which we always... do and if the time would be longer the website would let us know. Place my order at 6:15pm and finally called at 7:15pm and theysaid they were just now putting my pizzas in and they were short staffed. They said it would take another 20-30min fir it to bedelivered. Well another hour goes by so I called again and they told me it would be another 15-20 minutes! I was supposed toleave my house by then and now I am having to be late and cook. The person on the phone was not helping nor cared that we hadwaited that long so I asked for my money to be returned on the card. Then I called back to speak to the manager (which I do notlike doing EVER) and they gentleman on the phone who I had been talking to WAS the manager. The Cicero dominos have lost ourbusiness we will be going to bronko, pizza king or pizza by the harbor from now on. 1/21/22 ***update to this review. Domino'shad replied to my review telling me to email them. I did email them and it has been a week and they have not replied back sinceso it just looks like they are trying to save face and not actually resolve anything. Read more
I'm a regular when it comes to ordering pizza from Domino's but this is my first at the Cicero location. The customer service... was HORRIBLE and the "manager" and the staff need a class on how to properly work with customers. My regular locations are inFishers (the best and friendliest people) and I would rather drive 12 miles for better service than to go right around thecorner. When asked if I could get my pizza square cut they looked at me like I was insulting them and refused to do it. Otherlocations had done this in the past so I didn't think it was a big deal. Before I left the so called 'Manager told me to 'learnhow to order next time'. I was shocked and applaud by the comment. Needless to say, that will be my last time going to thislocation. Read more
Spinach Alfredo pizza is TDF! Great flavor on a super thin, crispy crust.
